Interesting question to ask

Last night, my mom asked me a question that got me stumped at first, but after a few minutes she told me the answer.
Even her co-workers were stumped with this question or riddle:
What US State's abbreviation has nothing in it?
I'll give you guys a chance to answer, and the real answer will come on Saturday. If some of you posters get it correct, I'll PM ya.

If you say "MT," it sounds like "empty" -- as in "has nothing in it."

Here's the answer to the question:
If you answered Montana, you're absolutely correct! The state's initials are MT. Empty...Get it?
