The fire is nowhere near me, I'm SAFE for the time being *until this weekend with ALL the JERKS up here* but MAN........the smoke up here from the CCC Fire near Phoenix is SMOKING US OUT

Heavy smoke prompts health advisory

Officials with Navajo County Public Health Services and Navajo County Emergency Services issued a health advisory this morning due to heavy smoke from wildfires. The poor air quality conditions are expected to continue for the next several days.
Closing windows and turning off evaporative coolers when smoke is present should reduce exposure to smoke.
The county suggests the following actions when smoke is present:
* Stay inside with windows and doors shut.
* Use the recycle or recirculate mode on air conditioners in home or automobiles.
* Avoid cooking and vacuuming, which can increase indoor air pollutants.
* Individuals with asthma or other respiratory diseases should follow their asthma management plan.
* People who experience more severe health problems due to smoke exposure should relocate to another area.
* Keep airways moist by drinking lots of water. Breathing through a warm, wet cloth can help relieve dryness.
* If you develop symptoms suggestive of lung or heart problems, consult a health care provider as soon as possible.
* Be aware that outdoor events and activities may be canceled or postponed if smoke levels become elevated.
* Be alert for additional PSAs.
