I was just curious as to which network you watch for local news. Most of the time I watch our local NBC affiliate KY3.

FoxNews serves my TV news needs to a "T"...for local stuff, I have the Standard-Democrap, and for statewide I'm stuck with the St. Louis Post-Disgrace...

LOL Streetsoldier. Is KFVS-12 out of Cape any good?

Yeah, it is only worth watching when we have "snow days" for "studentmom04" and/or "firehead" (serves up all the colleges and schools in the Bootheel that are closed), and for local election returns, although KBSI Radio AM 1180 is better and more timely on elections..AND hosts the "Rush (Limbaugh) Hours" every day for the huddled masses.

NBC affiliate WSMV (channel 4) in Nashville. The coverage seems to
be more thorough!

unless I watch the local news for New Orleans or Mobile...my only option is wlox (ABC) here in Biloxi. They are awesome...don't get me wrong. But then again, I don't have much of a choice when it comes to local news.

I prefer watching the local NBC affiliate WESH-TV 2 from Orlando.

In Massachusetts I had the advantage of watching "all six" local affiliates from Boston, MA and Providence, RI, basically living between the two cities. My favorite in Boston was WBZ-TV 4, the NBC affiliate until it flip-flopped with the CBS affiliate; then liked WHDH-TV 7 (which was the CBS affiliate that became NBC) as much as WBZ-TV 4.

My favorite radio station was (and actually still is) WBZ NewsRadio 1030, which reaches 38 states and southeast Canada overnight. Enjoying the radio station made me interested in their "television side," too. :D

Use to watch News Channel 3 Phoenix....Independent, they have become too, how you say, YUPPIE! Too much me, me, me and not enough of the news, one news anchor Tara Hitchcock....I have never disliked a news woman SOOOO much YUCK!!!! All she ever talks about is her life, her dad and sports (which for some guys is O'tay, me, I could care less unless it's the World Series etc.) BTW.....she's not married, no guy can compete with her DAD and her sports knoweldge LOL!

I now watch Channel 5 Phoenix (CBS)

David.... NewsSource 49 went out of business? :o Yeah, I watched FOX 4 some when I was in that area, but only liked them in the evening. I didn't like the morning guy Mike Harmon.

It depends on what time it is. I would prefer to Watch NewsChannel 5 WFRV TV 5 (CBS), but if I want the news at 8am or 9pm, then I'll watch WLUK Fox 11. (They are the only station with news coverage at 8am and 9pm ...Morning show goes til 9am, 'Primetime' news coverage from 9pm to 10pm...then done for the night)

Only the sports page Bill. I purchase an AJC, take the sports page, and give Granny the rest of the paper....the sports is all I ever read. When I want news, I utilize online sites such as the Drudge Report.

I am stuck with them too. They do whatever they want in their left sided reporting because there is no competition. Just like with all the elections coming up. They chose their candidates to interview while silencing the Republicans. Remember what they did to Trent? And David Elliott's Sunday Night show is nothing short of a racist bunch of garbage. lol.

Just go take a look see at their website too Kami and read their message boards. If any of them tried to post half of the stuff they post there, they would be run out of here and quick!! But the moderator allows it to happen.
