Medium here. I used to be a well done kind of guy until they messed up my steak order one night at the Cattlemen's Steakhouse in Oklahoma City. It came out medium and I loved it! To me, it has more flavor that way!

I voted for well done but now I don't eat steak but when I used to, it could be charred and I'd be happy! I swear if Jim orders Prime Rib I just can't look over at that side of the table until he's done eating. I practically line up desert displays, anything, to block the view!!! Still mooooing - ewww, not for me! To each his own though!

I like mine Med Well so i choose other............Meaning i like it cooked but i still like some juices as well..........On a side note my burgers have to be well done..............But not burnt.......

My sentiments exactly. A steak with a little pink in the center is great, but burgers have to be well done.

I am somewhere in between med/well and well. I like it juicy but not bloody. I can cook it that way, but most restaurants can't
