Fellow TWC Members,

There have been a number of complaints regarding the religious tone of many posts and in member signatures. The Weather Channel/TWCi would like for everyone to remember that this is a weather board.

Please don't take this personally, everyone is entitled to believe whatever they wish but this isn't the right forum for such discussions.

We also want to thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Ah, the blandness of the politically correct again...celebrate nothing, stand for nothing....I'm surprised that their screens still have 90-degree angles, lest some poor soul complain of being "angularly-challenged".

Someone needs to start a PBS thread over there, that sucker wouldn't last 2 SECONDS now, tsk, tsk.....whatta sham, I mean shame!

Deb....fyi, the PBS topic stood for Pot Belly Stove and it was Dennis I think who always started it. It was mostly a winter hangout (the porch topic is our summer hangout) for all of us, just to pop in and say hello. Like you would at an old fashioned general store - sit around the pot belly stove and shoot the breeze. Do people still say shoot the breeze? LOL

Well all of you that know me KNOW I have NEVER involved myself in the religious threads. Not even when they had off topic.

Lumara is the one that was reporting posts there. She has always been a troublemaker IMO. I am sure she got tired of our links as well. If I am banned for posting a link then so be it.

Well, what little respect I had left for the Weather Channel just went flying out the window...

No, I'm not ashamed of God...but He isn't very happy with someone at TWC, and in the fulness of time, they will KNOW it!
