52% packet loss average and many with 100% loss.

Clue the clueless in here. Is there a possbility/probability that this is somehow terrorist related or what? It does seem odd that there is that much loss going on.

I am not sure here either. It has been almost 2 days down right now. No internet for: India (Bangalore), Israel (Haifa), Israel (Tel Aviv), Japan,
Malaysia (Cyberjaya), Taiwan. Just looking for some ideas as it seems kinda odd. Europe has Germany (Frankfurt) and Romania (Timis) down.
