I was wondering What phrase do you usually use to start a conversation?
for example I like to use
So, how was your day.....
or
How are you doing.....

Depends upon the situation. With a boss, it might be one way...with my best friend, a whole other way.
Then, there's always "How you doin'?"

Liek Galveston Duck, it depends on the situation...
With friends from college: "What's up, dawg?"
With more recent friends: "Hey man what's going on?"
With Mrs Alum: on second thought we won't go there. We're still newlyweds after three years!

"FREEZE, HANDS ON THE CAR, KEEP 'EM WHERE I CAN SEE THEM!"...........seems to be a phrase I've been using a LOT as of late
