I don't even live in the U.S. right now, and gas prices are way up this week...

This morning, in Cornwall, Ontario, they're $1.18 Canadian/litre (about $3.72 U.S./gallon)

A couple of days ago they were $0.97 /litre.

Regular unleaded was selling for $2.64 at my local Citgo yesterday. Today the price is $2.91 and they are out of regular. Mid-grade and high test is available but I wasn't paying that much money for gas. I still have a little more than half a tank and hope that things will stabilize a little before it becomes necessary to fill it again.

If I were American, I'd go to Citgo when possible:

This should tell you all you need to know about my politics.

$5.87 for regular at one place in Atlanta...

There is mass panic because stations are running out of gas, some are limiting the amount you can buy, I've never seen stuff like this before...

I don't have a car here in Richmond (I ride a bike), but my parents told me they paid $2.99 a gallon in Stafford (north of Fredericksburg).

Cheapest gas to where I am was $2.53 on Tuesday, but the price jumped up to $2.79 yesterday.

It was $2.99 this morning and $3.14 at lunch. I can't imagine what it will be for labor Day. The state has asked us to limit our gas consumption as much as possible.
