Don't know but I would like to know as well. I think they need some variety in the weather stations. All we have is the weather channel or some suppost to be 24/7 central florida weather, but it is usually all commercials.

The only other one I know of besides TWC is NBC's new digital weather channel "Weather Plus".

We have a station that, except for the commercials for the TV station that runs it, is nothing but weather info. AND, if severe weather breaks out, that station switches to NOAA weather radio so that people can stay up to date.

The NBC station does have a Weather Plus station, but only those who either have a digital TV or use Time-Warner digital cable can get it.And I have neither.

We have at least 2 more weather stations on the digital cable tier and digital TV.

WFAA ABC 8 came up with Xpress 8.2 mainly designed for news, but when nothing major is going on or if severe weather threatens the area, NOAA Weather Radio will keep viewers up to date. Just like the good ol' times before WeatherScan Local.

KXAS NBC 5 shows their local forecasts on the NBC Weather Plus channel.

I don't recall having a weather plus station. I have digital cable, that was once Time Warner, but now is Bright House. Maybe it's new? Gonna go look right now, I don't venture up in the high numbers much so alot could have changed since I last looked. :D

Yeah, we have The Weather Network. It is a crappy version of The Weather Channel. Only available I believe to Canadians with cable, which isn't much. There is one on-staff meteorologist, the others are former actors and outdoor enthusiasts who know jack-squatt about weather.
