Ya know I kinda figured out on most calls you can hit 0 and get connected to an operator. I truley hate that automated crap as most of us do. They have made it worse in recent years by letting you actually speak to the computer. For goodness sakes, you have to reapeat yourself a hundred times. I can't imagine if you had a thick accent. Well thanks for the cheat sheet, it is good information to know.

Don't call my home phone then, I now have 3 mail boxes, one for blah, blah, press 2 for blah, blah, blah and press 3 if your getting MAD Seriously, I do have 3 mail voice boxes and I can hear it in peoples voices when they call "LOL!"
