What's the name of the most intense tropical cyclone ever recorded on earth...and what was it's central pressure measured by recon aircraft??
(here's a hint...the central pressure was lower than the 888 mb measured in the eye of hurricane Gilbert).

Congratulations hunter84 :) ...it was STY Tip in the Western Pacific Ocean in October of 1979.
