Are you ticklish?

It must be boring indeed when folks come up with posts/ polls such as this
I saw a recent unscientific poll on the internet (people could vote over and over again) in which 92.1% said "Yes", they were ticklish somewhere (over 3000 votes had been cast). It was a website with all sorts of polls...coke vs pepsi, ketchup vs mustard on, paper vs plastic, etc.
I'm very ticklish...so is everyone in my family. In fact, I've only met one person in my life that I know wasn't ticklish anywhere -- a neighbor girl when I was in middle school (she'd tickle Becky and me half to death and we couldn't ever get even

Here's an interesting and true story....all four siblings (me, Becky, Maria, and Beth) have very ticklish feet.
Becky & Maria both hate being tickled -- both are also deathly afraid of storms and tornadoes.
Neither Beth or I have ever really minded being tickled (heck, we just laugh and tickle back

-- Beth and I also LOVE severe storms and tornadoes...she wants to chase storms with me in Tornado Alley next spring.
Does this mean (A) Becky and Maria's horror of being tickled and their deathly fear of storms are both nervous reactions caused by the same defense mechanism?.....or (B) are Beth and me just warped?
My grandmother says B

I've read that blizzard, but it's not neccesarily true in all cases...especially if someone is extremely ticklish.
I know my oldest sis can tickle herself...Becky can barely withstand giving herself a pedicure (I've seen her start giggling and have to stop to regain her composure). She's one of those rare cases in which a person is literally ticklish everywhere (On a ticklishness scale of 1 to 10, little sis says she's a 20
My sister's husband gave her a whirlpool foot massager for her birthday several years ago...sis used it only one time....said she laughed so hard she lost her breath
I read on a Country Music gossip website several days ago that superstar Faith Hill is the same way (and both she and Becky are southern girls...hmmmm
Btw folks - Here's the website where all the quick polls are located...some very interesting ones covering a vast array of topics...from ketchup vs mustard on a hot dog to gun control, and everything in between.

Hey Annette, I've always been the same way (and little sis always knew it...she'd hide behind a door and grab me from behind...and ROFL I'd go
What I'd do to Becky when we were growing up was more to irritate/ tease than really tickle her (I knew just how ticklish she was...so didn't have to tickle her...LOL). I'd let her doze off on the sofa or in front of the tv and just touch the sole of her foot -- that's all I had to do...which was automatically followed by a loud "DON'T TICKLE ME"!!!
Oh the joy of being an older teenage brother
Becky was no angel either when it came to pranks. She'd stay awake when I stayed out past curfew just to yell "HEY DAD!..WAKE UP!!..Perry's FINALLY home"!! (as I tried to sneak into my bedroom unnoticed at 2 a.m.

Kami, you sound just like my little sister Becky (she said the only ones brave enough to tickle her nowadays were her three kids

This is amazing! After 13 votes, the percentage of those that
are ticklish is 92% percent -- the
exact same percentage that said they are ticklish in the online "quick poll" survey (where almost 3000 votes have been cast so far).
Thanks to everyone that's voted so far; and I humbly invite anyone who hasn't voted yet to please cast your vote.
God Bless,
Perry
