Breakfast. I am worthless and cranky if I do not eat breakfast. The people at work make SURE I have something to eat every morning.

That's a tough question. I also get very cranky and headachy w/o breakfast. I don't need much and actually feel much better with a light breakfast - half a bagel or an english muffin, one piece of toast, one banana, a cup of yogurt, or a bowl of cereal, just one of these, than if I eat a very large breakfast - fried eggs, toast, bacon/ham, etc. I feel very sluggish if I eat a large breakfast. That said, my favorite meal is probably dinner. That is when I eat larger portions. But if I had to choose, breakfast is my most important meal - I feel downright ill when I've had to fast for surgeries/procedures, etc. Funny how our body gets used to certain habits. My husband can skip breakfast, have a cup of coffee only, water until lunch and he feels great. Me? I'd be a major mess by noon!!! LOL

Defintely dinner. When I am up early enough to eat breakfast(like today, blah), it's usually just something small to get to lunch.

Ahh, I was clicking on the thread thinking of a nice big salad with all the fixins and ranch dressing, or a plate of chicken fajitas, with chips, picante, chili con queso and guacamole, or rice and gravy with anything, or...

but you want to know which meal. hmm...I rarely eat breakfast so I guess it would be lunch or supper/dinner. Although if I haven't eaten breakfast or lunch, and I'm really hungry late in the afternoon, I enjoy what I call lupper. :)

For me, my favorite is dinner. Although, what I make depends on when my mom is getting home each night. If it's going to be any later than 7, everyone makes their own dinner. Otherwise, it's spaghetti or coneys or something like that.

Well I love breakfast food but I don't eat breakfast too often. I always eat lunch but I'm not crazy about lunch food. I love dinner foods but don't eat dinner all the time. So if I could eat eggs and sausage or lobster and baked potato for lunch, I guess lunch would be my favorite meal. Did that make sense????   lol

Dinner - doesn't matter what it is - I'm at home, and, the
surroundings are calm!

My favorite meal of the YEAR is my Mama's Christmas country
breakfast - country ham, eggs, homemade biscuits, gravy,
sausage balls, and, whatever anyone else brings in!

LOL. Sounds great, I make that often here as well. It is a hit among the girls and obviously the old man as well, haven't meet any man that doesn't like that meal. We use country sausage(white) gravy though. Although I used to make the gravy from the drippins', but now everyone prefers the white gravy instead. I made it once and it stuck. Hope you enjoyed!!

I do love breakfast foods. I can eat them at anytime of the day - eggs, bacon, pancakes, french toast, etc.

I do need to eat breakfast in the morning or I get shaky.
