can you imagine the shock of getting pulled over by that guy?

i thought he was partially deaf or something. or does he just have a speech impediment.... anyone confirm that?

Yes, partially deaf and as a result a slight speech impediment.

Was fun seeing him as Doug and Carrie's neigbor on "King Of Queens", too! 8-)

It's too bad that Bill Bixby isn't still around...(he gets pulled over by Ferrigno and at the car window Lou says "Eh remember me, Banner? Your alter ego ...minus the green makeup?). :wink:
