Bargain Basement...

We all live in different places, but wherever we live we do run across "bargains" sometimes that seem to be hard to find anywhere else.
For example, I know airport parking is not a fun thing anywhere, but here at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport you can park a car in a gated economy lot, catch a shuttle right to your terminal, and do that for just $4 a day.
When I was in Chicago...the BEST I could do was $10 a day, and even those were not all that near the airport.
I almost hate to say it, but I consider the property tax here in Phoenix to be a "bargain" too...if taxes of any kind can be bargains. I pay about $1500 in taxes each year for my 2,000 sf home. Back in Illinois, in 1997, I was paying $3600 for nothing more than I have here.
Any ongoing (not one-time)bargains in your city or state or around where you live?
