Student Wins Emmy for school project

Local student at high school here in Lakeland has won an Emmy award bor the best Student telelvision report. He did a report on the weather we have had here in Lakeland that resulted in several houses being flooded or nearly completly under water in some areas.

Great job in Lakeland! He couldn't stop the flooding, but obviously did a great report on the aftermath! Thanks.

Thanks for sharing. That is great to hear. I did not even realize that they gave out an emmy for that.

Wow that's great. It's always nice to hear about a local resident making such an achievement.
