Post your most embarrasing moments

#1 Postby cajungal » Sun Mar 12, 2006 3:08 pm

Don't be shy. :D We are all family here. I have had so many embarrasing moments that I would be here all day.

Here are a few of mine 1. I was in the 8th grade and in English class. I accidentaly dropped my pencil on the floor. As I leaned over to pick it up, I flipped out of desk onto the floor and the desk fell on top of me. I felt humilated. The whole class including the teacher was staring at me. Everyone talked about it for weeks. I felt like the biggest klutz and nerd.

2. I went to the waterpark nearby in Houma the summer I was turning 13. I went down one of the slides and I noticed a bunch of boys smiling and staring at me. So, I smiled back. Then, I noticed the only reason they were smiling was that my bikini top had fell almost all the way down. And I was exposing everything to the whole world. And I was very developed for my age. I like to have died!

3. Several years ago, I started talking to this guy that I really liked. He asked me go watch some movies at his house. So, of course, I went. Then, it got time for him to drive me home. As I stepped outside, I tripped over the front steps. Fell flat on the concrete almost head first and busted a huge hole in my brand new jeans. Blood was dripping everywhere down my knee. He only called me the next day just to see how my knee was and then never called me again.

So, what were some of your most embarrasing moments? I know you have some. LOL.

I did not remember this thread. It was so long ago. May 2005. Almost a year. Forgotten all about it.

 I am the queen of embarrasment!

When I was about 12/13 I was jumping off of the diving board at the local pool. Little did I know but when I hit the water my bottoms to my bathing suit fell off. Here I was stuck in the pool with the bottoms of my bathing down almost 12ft.

When my husband(then my boyfriend) first started dating I had a little too much to drink one night. I knew it must be love at first sight when he asked me out on another date because the night before I threw up all over him.

Once again involves my husband....When we got married I had these high heels on that I wasn't used to walking in. I am not a high heel person. My wedding gown was too long and when I was going up the stairs that lead to the altar in the church I trip on the front of my skirt and I almost fell. My dad and the minister had to pick me up in mid air to keep me from falling on my face.

Recently I was at a Mardi Gras Ball...not this year but last year. I went to the bathroom and when I came out the back of my skirt was still tucked in the back of my panty hose.

beachbum- I also had that experience with throwing up on a guy. When I was 18, I partied a lot. And one night I got really drunk bad and threw up all over his car. We dated for about 2 months and I really liked him a lot. I had a major crush on him for 3 years and I finally had got him. But, after that night, I blew it. He left a note on my door when I came home from school saying it was over. That I partied too much. I was 18 and I was young and stupid back then.

I also had an embarrasing moment at a wedding. I was maid of honor in a wedding and I was dancing with the best man. Who also happened to be my ex-boyfriend and at the time we hated each other. But, got back together that night. Anyway, we were dancing and my shoes slipped. And I fell in front of everyone on the dance floor flat on my butt.

before we were married, my husband kept telling me about the engagement ring he had found for me, how beautiful it was, blah blah blah. this went on for about a month and then we had this HUGE blowout argument and i told him if he even really got a ring, he could stick it where it would have to be surgically removed. well, at that point, he got down on one knee and produced a 15 carat amethyst ring (not by surgical removal either). Wow did I feel like a total idiot.

I have a fairly recent embarassing moment..... I was walking around an amusement park with my family, playing with one of those ketchup packets from our lunch. Well the darn thing burst open, squirting the ketchup all over the white t-shirt of a man in front of me!!! Nobody noticed, so my daughter said "Mom, let's split!!!!" I'm embarassed to say that I did turn around and walk in a different direction. It seemed I saw that man atleast 5 times during the day!! We got in line for a ride, and who was in front of us??? the man with the BIG red stain on his shirt... it was just then that his wife noticed and started yelling..."if I catch who did this....". I couldn't help it but we all started laughing and decided to pretend we didn't know what was going on. This is probably not the best example I've I ever set....but it was in the moment. Thank God for Tide!!! :cheesy: :ggreen: :cheesy:
