Killer Nurse May Be Able to Donate Kidney
NEWARK, N.J. - A judge has agreed to allow New Jersey's worst serial killer to donate a kidney, but the donor and his doctors have to meet conditions.

Superior Court Judge Paul W. Armstrong did not say when Charles Cullen might undergo the operation to remove one of his kidneys to be transplanted into the relative of a friend.

Cullen has admitted killing 29 patients with drug overdoses at nursing homes and hospitals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in one of the worst murder sprees ever discovered in the U.S. health care system. He has been sentenced to 18 life terms.

The judge's order, signed Thursday, stipulates that all operation costs must be paid by the recipient's insurer.

Not all nurses are female and not all docs are male. :)

(In this case, the nurse's name is Charles Cullen.)

Oops  Yeah, I should've known when it said serial killer that it was male but I generally think of a nurse as a female dr and a dr as a male dr.

Well it's stand up for him to donate his organ but, it's not stand up however to murder people. So overall I would say why aren't they putting him to death anyway with 18 consecutive life sentences? Well guys i don't want this to turn into a polictical debate but, anyway I guess that it is good that someone is going to get help.
