I cheerfully tossed my microwave oven out (hate nuke cooking, food is so blah out of it, so took a hammer to it and went nuts )and bought a convection oven after my hubby was discharged from the hospital and am looking for some good recipes.

The oven is a multi-purpose one, but I mostly would like the "air" recipes. I rather would make real food than that fake frozen stuff, so any recipes would be greatly appreciated!
