On The Job Nuts

Name one employee you have worked with either current or in the past who was/is completely off the top or nuts and you wonder why your business kept them on.

Me.....I worked as a social worker in the states and had my own cubical. One of the other workers across me was having an affair with a rental property company. We all knew she was putting all her clients in his low income property thru public housing. Everyone knew this and did nothing. She finally after about a year got fired. In the meantime, her boyfriend made a fortune off public housing for his property. The funny thing is, he was married so he was basically just using her.

i've already got on a post on this woman, but there's a secretary that laughs like a hyena ALL DAY LONG. It's the most unprofessional behavior imaginable. Nobody is that happy without chemical help. And she hasnt worked a full week in the two years she's been here.

We've got a guy (manager) in my place of work that comes into work LATE every day (I mean everyday)...without fail. Not just 5 minutes late I'm talking about, the guy is late like minimally 45mins to 1 hour late EVERY SINGLE DAY.
So work it out, say 1 hour late every day, 5 days a week is 5 hours a week, 20 hours per month approximately...

And no one does anything about it.
Unbelievable!

Karan looks around    Justin, do you work around here??? I know that guy. He works with me.

We have one woman who is manic. You never know what you're going to be greeted with when you come to the office. The screamer, the mad woman, or the really nice person that she sometimes is. It's sad.

where we work (the fed govt), we're on salary and that means a MINIMUM of 80 hours every two weeks, but they dont care if you work more. you just wont get paid for it.
