Who absolutely does not cook. You eat all your meals out. I know three people who eat every meal out and wonder how anyone can afford it? They are not fast food places either. It just baffles me. I still cook all the meals and rarely eat out. Of course my husband works real late at night. We only eat out a couple times a month cause we are busy on weekends too. Boy, wait till he retires, the story will change fast.

I love to cook and am pretty good at it according to those who eat here. We find that most restaurants in the area are not up to the culinary standards we have at home. so why bother??

Yes, I love to cook too. I think home cooked meals are better than what you get in a lot of places. Nowadays, you can eat healthier at home. We eat a lot of huge salads with grilled chicken, ham or shrimp. I steam all our veggies. Cooking is easy and you can sit in front of the boob tube and chow down. I like to go out once in a while to a good Chinese or BBQ. Those are things I cannot cook well at home, Steaks on the grill or shrimp, IMO, are better cooked at home.

I am the cook.....sometimes I honestly think I missed my calling as a chef. I was a prep cook at a local resturant some 20 years ago, I LOVE to cook but not in a rush, I take my time cooking and I am constantly looking for new recipes.
