Prayers needed
Prayers are needed for my dog, Sparky. He has suffered an injury and can't walk with his back two legs. We have to keep him in his cage for 7-10 days to see if he can heal. If he can't, he may never be able to use his back legs again. He can't go to the bathroom, and that is a major concern. Please pray that he gets better and that we don't have to put him down...

I'm so sorry to hear about Sparky! My mom has a Broder Collie named Sparky and he is the sweetest thing. It's really difficult emotionally when and animal or a small child is injured or ill because you don't know what is bothering them - they can't communicate verbally to you. I'm sure that he feels your love and concern and it is helping him to heal because of it.
He is definately in my prayers! Keep us informed!

This is also something to consider..If his legs don't heal they do make doggie wheelchairs that suspend the back legs off the ground by two wheels and a platform..it may require some training in rare instances but most just get into it and instinct takes over..Contact your vet to see if this is an option. I saw this on ANIMAL PLANET and it worked for several dogs..Good LUCK BUD!!!!
