What is a good exercise for firming up loose skin that is starting underneath the arms. I want to get a head start on it.

Tricep curl. If you have a bar at least 3 feet long then grasp bar shoulder width apart, lower it behind your head as close to your shoulders as you can get and push up till your arms are straight. Repeat. can also be done with dumbells one arm at a time with the other arm holding your elbow straight. Pushups are also good for the triceps.
