Something Fun and Easy

This should go in a cooking forum, but I don't think a lot of people go there and I know men love to cook too. But, if you want to move it, ok by me 
Do you know a real fast and easy recipe for veggies, etc. I hate fixing the same old things the same way.
I do this a couple times a week....
Zuccini ....... not real hard, slice like quarters and leave rind on
Tomato..... slice too
Place sliced veggies on cookie sheet
Put melted butter on top
Lots of garlic salt and pepper
Then top with shredded mozz cheese, I like lots
Broil on the highest for five minutes...
Yummy
