Have you ever gone overboard with your mouth or attitude and lost something like a mate or job? It is a good way to clean out friends

I am cursed with a smart mouth and a fiery attitude. I try to use the phrase "Brain into gear before mouth into gear" but it is not always that easy!!

Thankfully it doesn't effect my friendships as friends are one of the most important thing you can have.

Overall my attitude sucks lately. I have been depressed and mad a little more than I should be and very edgy towards people. I guess it's cause i'm in transition from one job to another, I just moved, I was sick last week, my friend is a jerk cause he said he was going to help me move and hasn't called me since he bailed, my girlfriend has been testy lately and I am trying to get my future on track with making sure I am registered with school and everything gets paid for.

EDIT: And I am also angry about the fact of no rain and when it does rain here we only get little tiny drizzle for about 5 minutes.

Yes, all of that would make you touchy. Best keep to yourself for awhile and get your life in order. There is always room for friends, etc. later. I always found that when friends and family dropped their problems on me, I gained more. Good luck.

Attitude? Yeah. What are ya gonna do about it?

I have a ton of stuff to unload. Deciding whether to do it here or in it's own thread.

My attitude has been so bad lately, if someone approaches me with a problem or anything I let them have it and tell them off, I have enough of my own problems I don't need to hear theirs...(guess I need a chocolate fix)

You are so right. You don't need more problems on your shoulders. I just try to avoid people who are constanly complaining.
