I just found out a couple of weeks ago that the lady that I took her job is coming back next year and I have been tossed out like a couple of cucumbers. I have been interviewing for positions in the school system and have turned in several resumes to different schools. I have had two interviews out of the 10 resumes I have turned in. One I never heard from the principal afterwards and just found out she is retiring this year. The second one I was told that she would call me on Friday of this past week and let me know the outcome. So Friday afternoon I called to check on the status and she said that she would not know until Monday or Tuesday. I need this job so bad for next year. I dont' know what I am going to do if I don't a job to cover the one I was doing. Stress, loss of income, and not knowing is really getting to me.

Have you checked all the states. Maybe some are short of teachers. I heard Texas teachers were leaving?

Good luck. Our newpaper said this week a lot of our teachers are leaving for higher wages in the states. If nothing else pans out, try PR.
