Whats with the new symbols?

I noticed that over the past few days, where our avitar is there are some different symbols popping up.. Just wondering whats going on with that... I looked for a topic already made, but I didnt see one... So in case I missed it, sorry!!!

I think that newer parameters were put on the size of Avatars, and/or they don't accept images from off-sites anymore... At least that was what I noticed in my case, and believe it was in the announcements. So I just made my own.

Probably because it was an off-site image... they don't support those anymore from what I understand.
