Congrats on your new camera! Just curious, do you enjoy photography as a hobby or is it just a personal camera for family use.

nice pics! speaking of wich! could people do me a huge favour? and take pictures of things so i can save and show them to people! i spent 6 months in the US back in 03 and i really miss it! i like showing people how diferent it is to here! everything is so much bigger!
Is anyone interested? even emailing me some?

Looks nice... I saw it was a beautiful day up there today.. 70's and dry!

I assume this means the ice is off the lakes..lol I have actually broken ice conoeing along the border this time of year before..
The real test will be in low light conditions if you plan on getting good storm pics.

yep, i enjoy photography as a hobby. very fun to go out and see what kind of cool things there are to take pics of. i'm not quite sure what settings to use at what times, so it will probably take me a while to get some good pics of my storms.
