Statue Found: Biloxi Fisherman Statue

I don't know if this has already been discussed and if it has been I am sorry.

Someone decided that they would take the Golden Fisherman. They found parts of the fisherman in a creek near Georgetown and later found the culprit in Mobile County. The Golden Fisherman has been returned to the city of Biloxi. Here is the link:

I'm glad that wonderrful statue has been returned. No doubt it means more than ever to the good folks of Biloxi!

That made me sooooooooooooo mad. I couldn't believe someone would take something that meant "Biloxi" more than anything else that was left and try and sell it for scrap metal. They chopped off his head and I think his arms. They showed a picture of it on our local station. But, hopefully one of the local artists can restore him and put him back in his rightful place to look out over the Gulf to watch over the fisherman as they go out and come back in.
