Moot point. I'm already married.

But if I were somehow back in the "market" I would consider the following to be important:

Independence
Good Health
Good Character

I could go on, but you wanted three.

1) FAITHFUL (come on guys, is that hard?) Because I can't have a relationship with someone I can't trust
2) HONESTY
3) Someone who enjoys having FUN (I don't want to be married to someone who just sits on the couch like my dad flipping the TV channels with the remote)
