Watch the (hopefully) Space Shuttle launch Tuesday Afternoon, then watch the Macy's Fireworks Spectacular on NBC Tuesday Night, along with portions of other televised events.

Otherwise, nothing.

Your not going to go watch fireworks outside anywhere?

Depends on the weather. We are thinking about going to Orange Beach, AL and staying there. Taking the boat out for the 4th to watch fireworks. I got to be back on Wednesday because I have a job interview at 9am.

We had our fireworks up here in Canada last night (for Canada Day) .. it wasn't all that great as we had showers and thunderstorms around dusk (10pm) during firework time.

But we do have an extra day off on Monday since it fell on a Saturday, but for the 4th, Canadians are back to work. So nothing planned.

I have to work until 3 p.m. for the 4th of July. When you work retail, you have to put up with working holidays. After I get off work, I will come home and change. Then, head to the local park with my cousin and her 3 kids to go watch the fireworks there that night.

I know it's queer that I'm leaving the U.S. on its birthday, but I'll be on a plane doing that. There was no other day that my family could pick.

I was going to go to Toronto, Canada on the 4th to a drum clinic put on by my favorite drummer. Was the only day he was doing it.

We ALWAYS go to Oceanside Bch and watch the fireworks there after all day on the beach...BUT this year, we are leaving at like 4am July 5th for a vacation, so we are staying home. The local casino had a great firework show on Sat that we saw from our backyard...we are on top a hill overlooking the city, with an unobstructed view of the fireworks, we always host friends for the show...also, the city is doing a show at the sports park, and my daughter is going with all of her friends...I'll be home...packing! :O)

Happy 4th of July everyone..be safe...no drinking and driving!!!

First, me and my family are gonna be heading to an early morning Pancake eating breakfast (not to mention the Pancake-eating contest  ), afterwards, we're gonna see the Parade in Downtown Irving, and then sit at home and watch the Fireworks on TV and/or outside near Williams Square.
