Looks nice... I don't know real estate prices in the area, but the rent looks good too.

This is not a good area of Tampa. Gangs and crime are getting worse. I lived in Tampa for 8 years and left for good 4 years ago. When you see an apt. complex you like check the crime for that specific area.

I agree, Ocean. I've only been here 2 1/2 years, but that neighborhood is not a good one.
