I have an honest question.. Don't laugh at me
As ya may know.. 2 weeks from tonight I'll be in Tampa 4 the "American Idols Live" concert.
Here's my question. Do arenas do concerts like they'd do a sporting event? In other words.. basically, do I need to eat something before I go to the concert?
I know their'll be souvenirs and stuff.. But I'm just curious..

Eat first.
In this day and age, there's no point spending $6 for a hot dog when you can get two gallons of gas instead.
Then again, ya get more mileage from a cheap pair of sneakers.

you're right.. Probably eating 1st isn't a bad idea anyhow.. save my cash and use it on souvenirs and stuff

Defiantely eat first!! Go to a nice dinner somewhere like Chili's, and it will be cheaper than eating the food there... Souviners are going to be expensive though, at least 20.00 for a nice concert t shirt.... you might want to get a soda though, and thats going to be like 6.00... lol... have fun!!!!

There is one drawback to eating first...
Ever seen the bathrooms in these places?
When I go I usually just stay hungry.

Thanks guys.. Maybe I should have generalized the question. Basically, I was only asking if the arena the concerts' at, would be set up like if it were a sporting event with concessions and stuff..
please 4give me if I'm confusing anybody by now.. I think I am starting to confuse myself lol..

Even though I eat before going to any games, concerts or fairs, I would always end up hungry.

Yes ,almost anything you want will be there...Just at double the price..

You sound just like me!!! Back when I was seeing a lot of concerts, in my 30s, I didn't eat or drink at such events. The lines were unbelievably long and I would miss favorite songs if I used the bathroom! Besides, this way I could remember the concert too (no hangover the next day either) while others around me were a staggering mess! LOL
