Computer HELP!

Ok......got this problem with my pc at home, I've had a little "white spot" on the upper corner of the monitor for quite some time, I played with it last night, expanded it by clicking and dragging the side of it, it opened and it's a Google Window with NO tool bar at the top :grr: There's noway to close it, maximize it, minimize it.....HELP! :grr:

Did you try right clicking on it?

try ctrl+alt+delete at the same time and when the popup menu comes up select task manager. In task manager you should be able to see everything running and have the option of ending the google window.

Did it and it WORKED, closed the program and it's GONE.........THANKS!!! 8-)

Problem is it will come back when you reboot.. You need to remove it from the startup menue if you can.. Start/Run and type msconfig. Go to the Startup tab and try to find the progam that is launching it.. You might have to uninstall all the google stuff in Add/Remove Progams..

he might also need to go to start - control panel - add and remove programs and remove whatever program this might be that is coming up on the PC as well.

And I would also run a spyware scan along with the virus scanner to be on the safe side. Probably just a program that was running in the background but I would do it just to be on the safe side.

I hate those pesky programs. That's why I won't use any 3rd party toolbars.
