I love this time of year and I hate to see it go. I don't like it when it gets too cold to go outside and jog or swim. Anyone feel like me?

I am soooo ready to see summer go!! I live in Houston, and its so hot here, when its time for a season change you are definately ready!! I am sick of the days in the upper 90's and no rain!! I am ready to sit back and watch the new season of TV shows with a cup of hot cocoa and a "thin" blanket... and maybe ready to get out a long sleeved shirt... Those are the days!!

I love, love. love the summer time. 8-) It is absoultly my favirote time of year. I love the beach and swimming and the island atmosphere that goes with it. Fall is okay but I dread winter time. Ugh. We still have another 2 months of summer to enjoy here so I am taking advantage of it while it lasts.

I love the summer season as well.

I hate winter...unless it snows (and I don't mean wintry mix either.)

I love summer the most and no way do I want to see it go. Even if i'm hot, I'm loving it. Winter for me is no sun because of the Great Lakes near me and I get depressed. I want big snowstorms though and lake effect snow helps a lot 8-) .

Ooooo yes Otown, I know how brutal those Orlando winters can be :)
Florida is like perpetual summer to Canadians. What is astonishing is that more Floridians don't just keep doing summer things all year long.

I do like summer also, especially the nice long days, but every season is beautiful in its own way.

LOL, Justin. If you are used to doing summer things in the 80-90* range when it hits the 60-70s it just doesn't feel right anymore. I would be plain cold sitting by the pool in my bathing suit in the upper 60's, low 70's. Its more of a feeling not so much what the the weather really feels like. Once fall approaches its time to eat squash, pumpkin pies, and use all those winter spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, once spring comes time to fire up the grill and eat some corn on the cob with potatoe salad. :D Summer food rocks!

Lucky for me, it almost never ends. Well, it might get a little cooler(refreshing) but I can hit the beach and sunbathe any time of the year :D .

Aww, you sound just like my two daughters. Do I think like you do - no! I'm the complete opposite. I'm sad when winter ends and we haven't even had a decent winter in years!

Most people do feel like you do though........you are in the majority!

There are a few things I like about the summer, but I hate this freaking heat! I also hate that it's the same weather every single day pretty much(barring a tropical system). If there was not Big Brother, the Hurricane Season, and a pool summer would completely suck. On the other hand, I pretty much hate winter as well, early sunsets and because it never snows. :x

Well... you can't expect snow when you live in the South. No snow for you.

HEY....sounds like ME  NA.........I "LOVE" autumn, summer? Eh, take it or leave it (like I have a CHOICE! ) Early autumn is my most FAVORITIST time o' year.....not too hot, not too cold yet, no need for a fire in the woodstove, no need for air conditioning, cool enough for an extra blanket at night and just the SMELL of autumn, I LOVE it!

When I was vacationing in Arizona in February when I was 18 I got a lot of funny looks b/c I was out by the pool when it was about 65 - 70° - I thought it was warm out!

Yikes fact! Enjoy those last hours!

I don't want school to start because of the traffic problems it creates. It's not the stopping for the school buses that bothers me, it's the mommies who bring their kids to school because little Johnny or Janie might have to get up 10 minutes earlier to catch the school bus. Thus the elementary school hires an off duty policeman to stop the traffic on a major road and creates a traffic jam so the mommies can exit the school after dropping their little darling off. :grrr:

I enjoy summer immensely but the older i get the more heat intolerant i get.
