The Hatch New Mexico Green Chilis are HERE
Bought 40 lbs. off a street vendor (actually the farmer) and that's going to be my afternoon, drinking beer and roastin' green chilis.....freeze 'em for the winter, Green chili cheese burgers, green chili stew and my ALL time favorite, "Chili Rellonos!" "Mmmmmmmmmmmmm, Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!"
BTW......this years crop is the HOTTEST green chilis I've ever had, the dry weather in Hatch this year made 'em so blasted HOT
but GOOOOOOD!
