Thanks everyone for your prayers and support. It means a lot to our family.

My mil is still in ICU and the best way to describe the situation is touch and go, I guess. It has been determined that she does have an intestinal blockage. They are hoping that they can clear it without surgery since it is doubtful she would survive a surgery in her condition. Her heart is "strong" but all of her valves are regurgitating some which will cause some problems with congestive heart failure. Her kidneys have started functioning again also which of course is a good sign. Please continue your prayers that God's will be done.

Another update-the doctor had to do surgery today to get rid of the blockage in her intestines. By the grace of God and the many prayers being said for her my MIL made it through the surgery fine and is not even on the ventilator. She has got to be one of the toughest women on this planet, especially for 89 yrs old!!! We know there could still be problems, but Praise God she came throughthe surgery fine.

Praise God Brother, ain't it AMAZING the power that the "Mighty S2K Prayer Warriors" have? There is NOTHING we can't overcome with prayer..."Believe in Him and it Shall be DONE!"

I only read this just now, but that sounds amazing. I'm really happy for her, this is some good news out of a rather bad week, and though it may sound corny, I am still shocked over the loss of Steve Irwin. This news kind of cheered me up right now, since my grandmother is about to go at anytime. I'll be keeping her and your family in my thoughts as well, I'll say a few prayers too. Thats just really great news to hear.
