Time Warner changes its channel line-ups in North Texas

Just yesterday, Time Warner Cable in North Texas (which replaced Comcast) has done a major channel lineup change (mainly in the Digital Tier), however, they slightly changed the Standard Analog line-up by discontinuing WeatherScan Local 
to make room for newer channels such as C-Spam...I mean...C-Span 3, have GSN and Bravo switch tiers, and moving most of the local educational channels to the 90s.
