Hard Candy
Anybody out there hate Pedophiles? Well this is the movie for you. It's disturbing, but it's reality folks.
This should be required viewing for any Pedo serving time.
Great movie by an independant. When you see it (or if you already have), let me know what you think. Me and my wife sat there and talked about this movie for an hour after it ended. That to me speaks volumes.

LOL @ your question, J -- Anybody out there hate pedophiles? Doesn't everybody??
The description makes the movie sound halfway like Lolita -- she's guilty of seducing him to a degree, but it doesn't excuse his behavior. Of course, I'm just basing it on what little I've read without having the ending spoiled (It's obvious from the comments at the end of the IMDB page that there must be a surprise ending).
Fallen Angel was, by far, the best movie I've seen that explains the personality, motivation, and flaws of both the victim and the child molestor.
I just watched Amber's Story (about how the Amber Alert system came to be) on Lifetime yesterday and thought I was gonna get sick watching the guy talk to the California victim. Just talk. They kept the action clean. But his manner of speaking.... *blech!*
I'll pass on Hard Candy until I think can stomach it.

Oh yeah...she's guilty as sin of seducing him, BUT she's 14, and he knows it! Don't pass on it Shawn --- it's one of the best movies I've seen since Million Dollar Baby, and full of surprises. Superb acting by both.
