Regardless of the circumstances surrounding her capture and rescue, I DO hope that our Government will "do the right thing" by her; she's suffered enough.

Me too Bill....my baby sister cried on the phone tonight when I told her Jessica still couldn't walk without a walker, or stand...and may not ever again :(

I knew it was a bad sign when a friend of mine in Wirt County, West Virginia told me weeks ago they were adding the wheelchair ramp to the Lynch family home...because doctors said Jessi would likely be in a wheelchair for a year or more.

I pray that she continues to recover and bounces back from her terrible ordeal. With support from her family and friends, I'm sure she will.

There was a story about her last night on the Pittsburgh news. It was quite comical in a way. We see an image of several men working with saws and various carpentry tools. The local newscaster on location is talking about how many people from the community volunteered to help her family out with renovations. The camera pans around several rooms showing what changes have been made by volunteers and it is heartwarming. The newscaster is desperately trying to get a moment to talk with Jessica's father. The entire time Jessica's father has his back to the camera and the reporter as he is running around doing this and that, preparing for his daughter's arrival.

I couldn't help but think to myself, "Good for him"! I am sure he probably said that media could come and visit but he wouldn't have the time to speak with them, and sure enough he lived up to his word! I loved it!
