Clearly doctored.

How could it be doctored if it is copyrighted?

You can doctor a copyright pic, if you're the one merging 2 different pics and then putting a copyrigt on that one that you made, a person really good with Photoshop can (I prefer PSP, but that's just me)

I have seen a guy that does that to great whites on Discovery. But hes always in the boat, never on the back of one. He does touch the tip of their noses like that to make their mouths open wide. Pretty incredible in or out of a boat. Hmmm, looking at that picture again it almost looks like he is leaning over a boat rail but they inserted him on the back of a boat instead.

His name is Michael Rutzen. And here are just a few sites I found right off with him and what he does with these sharks. He regularly dives with great whites and is the owner of Shark Diving Unlimited. That photo is not fixed.

LOL, I think its kinda cool. I wouldn't do it, but gives us all some great entertainment. And your right I don't think hes the sharpest tool in the shed.
