Deadly Limo Crash Video

In the wedding crash trial on Long Island --- prosecutors rested their murder case Monday, by showing 6 seconds of graphic video.
The tape shows the final moments before a limousine was hit head-on by a wrong-way driver two summers ago. Greg Cergol has the story.
We've seen the aftermath of that horrible crash on the Meadowbrook Parkway last July.
A pick-up traveling the wrong way, slamming head on into a limo returning from a wedding.
But for the first time today we saw what it looked like from inside the limo in a video shot by a dashboard camera.
"You just saw my entire existence defined. Those five seconds, set the agenda for me and my wife for the rest of our lives."
Neil Flynn and several family members were in the limo that night. His seven-year-old daughter Katie and limo driver Stanley Rabinowitz were killed.
Flynn and his wife clutched each other's hands as the sound of screeching breaks and twisted metal filled the Nassau County courtroom. Rabinowitz son, Keith also watched in horror.
"It's terrifying just seeing it. And just putting myself in his place and feeling how he must have felt is just absolutely terrifying."
The driver of the pick-up, Martin Heidgen faces murder and drunk driving charges at his trial. The playing of the videotape was the prosecution's last act before resting its case. The question now is what impact will this video have on the jury. Will this convince them this was murder or just an accident?
"This guy knew what he was doing. He got loaded. He got drunk and he got on the road and he didn't care what happened. You just watched my daughter die as it happened in living color."
