This guy played the authorities for fools. He managed to get himself out of Thai prison and a free ride home in Business class.

Let's remember that there is absolutely no evidence that he's actually a "pedo". It's not hard to get thrown into prison on mere suspicion in Thailand.

Ditto what J said. That's evidence enough that he's a pedophile. Maybe not a child molestor because we don't know if he's actually acted on his desires. But the "-phile" part is there...without a doubt.

I'm not clear about why his being back in the US is a problem (emphasis on "back" since he was born here, lived here, and he may have made it back one way or another). Regardless of what country he's living in, he's still a pedophile. Maybe it's better that he's back here where he's more likely to get thrown in prison for child stuff than in Thailand where the child sex trade runs rampant. Of course, the prosecutors messed up the last case. But more eyes will be watching him now and hopefully he'll get caught with a stronger case against him next time.

You know, I might have been a little harsh when I said "hang em", but I would have no problem with castration for every sex offender (in addition to their jail time).

All pedophiles and child molesters should be locked up forever and throw away the key. I think it is preposterous that I have to live near any kind of sex offender. If they have a record, they should NOT be on the street!
