In 1997 Nelson Serrano murdered 4 people at the Erie Manufacturing Plant in Bartow FL after having been forced out of the partnership of owners. He shot and killed the daughter of one partner, the son of a another partner(these two victims were husband and wife), another employee who was at the plant when the murder happened and the 4 victim was the wife of the employees who apparently walked in on the murders as they were happening.
It took nine years for the Bartow police to gather the evidence neede to take Serrano to trial. For the last month the trail has been on Court Tv and the case went to the jury today after being delayed long enough for one juror to go see his new grandchild before starting deliberations.
Serrano was found guilty tonight. Sentencing will be later this week.
