That's what one man thought when, not too long ago, somewhere around the area of Surfside Beach, TX, he entered a grocery store and was thrown out. The small, family-owned store was sued by this man for several hundred thousand dollars. The worst part: the man won.

Apparently not..."lack of evidence"(?).
I wouldn't suggest trying this anywhere else (except possibly Las Vegas)...
