Fun Election Statistics...Non Political Stuff

This is non-political and it should remain that way, but, I thought it would be fun to post straight election numbers. How about the tightest election you could find by the numbers? How about the biggest margin? This could be any election, big or small...even a small local election that we don't know diddly squat about. I'll start with this election in Louisiana..it is in Baton Rouge and consists of the 6th Congressional District. Can you top a wider margin of victory? Remember..this is just about straight numbers...

Richard H. Baker, R-Baton Rouge—794,640;
Richard M. Fontanesi, L-Baton Rouge—19,644.
