When Carrie Underwood won female vocalist of the year. Faith had just performed so she was basically guarranteed the win...and she didn't lol. Look at her reaction.

I saw that! Isn't she now saying she was joking? Didn't look like a joke to me.

I don't know. When I saw the video (before Faith Hill said she was only joking), I was under the impression that it was only a joke.

They talked about it this morning while I was on coffee run... I saw the video on the news... I thought she was a sore loser.

She was not joking. She may say she was, but she wasn't. IMO, I do believe we got a glimpse of the real Faith Hill.
I must say that I was shocked that Carrie Underwood received that award. She was up against some stiff competition like Gretchen Wilson, Martina McBride, Faith Hill and Sara Evans. She can sing though, but dang.
I am glad Sonny James was finally inducted into the Hall of Fame. He was long overdue.

Sheesh, who does Faith think she is? Kanye West?

I think Faith Hill was shocked that a horizon award nominee was chosen over others who had paid their dues so to speak. I'm not sure her reaction was for herself but for the others more deserving. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.

Wow, that was wild. I guess I thought Faith was more of a class act than that.
Kind of reminds me of Samuel L. Jackson's reaction when he lost the Oscar to Martin Landau a few years ago. Even though you didn't hear it, you could clearly read his lips when he said the expletive form of "Shoot!" Guess he thought he was guaranteed the win (and the increase in salary). Not sure how because he didn't win the Golden Globe or SAG award either.

Wow...she may say it was a joke, but if you go and read her body language, it wasn't a joke...she was acting like she won, then once she realized she didn't win, she let her true feelings through a tad too much...

You would think that if she was disappointed she should've at least turned away from the camera to hide it. Instead she stared right into it and yelled
WHATTTTT????
Oh, she DEFINATELY thought she won it.

What about Russell Crowe when Denzel Washington won the award? Classic!

No doubt in my mind she thought she had won it. I think the "diva mentality" has set in here.....

I used to like FH when she was cute and swinging from the rope swing, but her success has bred that undeniable arrogance that is so transparent amongst the majority of elite entertainers and hollywood types.
I'm not buying her joke defense either.

You know Duckie, I've wondered the same thing. They seem almost "too" perfect.

I never had liked her, now we know that she is still a spoiled child in a womans body.

I could never stand her to begin with but THIS put a seal on the envelope.....whatta self centered, egotistical person she is

She's right up there with the "Dixie Twits (chicks)!"
