High Terrorist Alert Flashed on CBS

Did anybody catch it? A yellow box that said "High Terrorist Alert" appeared on the screen and it stayed up for about 1 minute. It happened at appx 8:50 on Wed night.
What is going going on?
Now the channel seems to have some problems coming in clearly....
Moderators you can move this if you like but I figure it has the highest visibility right here right now.

Update: channel is back in now okay. Perhaps they were just doing some testing?
I certainly would want an explanation.

I watched The King of Queens(which aired at that time) and never saw it. I've flipped by the cable news channels recently and didn't see it there either. Must have been a glitch.

I watched KoQ and am watching Criminal Minds now and never saw it either. Then again, I wasn't in front of the tube the whole time, so I could have missed it.

Maybe it was previews of Jericho showing an elevated threat level.
I sure am going to miss that show while its on hiatus.

I believe yellow is the threat level we've been under for some time.

Despite their share of problems, it's about the ONLY channel I watch, of course all of my shows are on there, CSI, Criminal Minds, Numbers etc. bet ya can't tell I'm HOOKED on these shows huh? Seriously, I pick up some pretty GOOD pointers
