Since no one but the Rockies are seeing snow this season I thought it would be fun to do this. You can make them into any shape you want!

I don't like this site because of the scissor's action wanting to stop and start. I go to this site to make my snowflakes :
http://www.popularfront.com/snowdays/in ... id=2813475
It has better control since your mouse is how you draw it with.
At this site you can search by a flake by the name of the maker, the city they are from, and by number. Try searching for this number 2847070 . It is one I made in Nov. Every snowflake made helps the Salvation Army . So come on over to the site and help us make the maximum number we can because the more snowflakes we make , the more money the site will donate to The Salvation Army.

This is so much fun!
And actually, it's a welcome break:
I've just finished writing 112 Christmas cards and still have to sort and wrap gifts, decorate two trees, shop for Christmas dinner, bake more cookies, and then do it all over again (except the cards and trees) in a week when my daughter and son-in-law return from a road trip visiting members of his family for a belated Christmas here!

YOUR WORK IS AMAZING! It's like they were created by Picaso! Are you a professional artist because your work is BETTER than any professional artist can do on a snowflake.

Petal scuffs her foot in the dirt shyly and says..."why thank you!"
My Mom was an artist...6 siblings all work with their hands...and most grandkids too!
I love the challenge of making these snowflakes...I'm left-handed and have done every one with my RIGHT hand! Thanks!......p

I love your flakes! I can't draw any thing but I can scribble so that is how some of my flakes were made.
