Would you name your child...

... Dymonic? I guess this name is supposed to be pronouced "demonic"? I actually braved Wally World yesterday, and the girl at the register had this name on her tag. Most times I don't even notice, but the girl was so sullen and rude I took notice. Guess I'm just old fashioned, but no way could I saddle a child with that name!

Oh dear! Who in their right minds would give a child a name like that?

Maybe that was a nickname since she acts like a little devil.

Yeah, she lived up to the namesake alright. I'm so glad I have a plain name! I would definitely change it had my parents lost their minds.

I know someone that named her daughter Regan (after the girl in the Exorcist) because she was born on Halloween.

I can't even begin to list some of the bizarre names I've seen while working in the hospital. Of course, some are weird first and last name variations and I can't list those for obvious reasons.
I'll just thrown this one out --
Phylopia

Sounds like an eye disorder to me.

I can't say for sure, but I'm willing to bet that her preferred pronunciation of her name is like "die-moan-eek". Why anyone would name their child that I have no idea, but I have met a girl with that name before.

Nope, actually it's a variation of the name of a tube in the female reproductive system. (The mother liked how it sounded.

Eh, that almost as strange as calling your three children Bilbo, Gandalf and Frodo. Surprisingly, the same people who gave their three children these names also called their chihuahua dog Gollum.

I love those movies, but that is a bit much. Would never name my children after them.

I just read the birth announcements in our local paper...now i'm sure this is just a typo on his first name which our paper is infamous for.
Brain New and his wife had a daughter. So i guess Brain New has a brand new daughter.

LOL, I always laughed at Frank Zappa, naming his kids "Dweezle" and
"Moon Unit".
That was just too bizarre for me... then, Frank was, too. "Dymonic" could've
been the next child's name... she must have cried alot.
